SiteDiary

Money and daily work for every running site, in one place.

The problem

Site money and work were tracked on paper, WhatsApp and phone calls. The office could not see what each site had spent, who was owed wages, or which client bills were overdue.

How we Vesolved it

A phone app for supervisors to log labour, attendance, materials, wages, advances, petty cash and a daily report, with bills added from photos. The owner and accountant get a web dashboard with a khata for each site, client bills and the expected profit of every running site.

Food court, 10–15 counters · 2026

Food Factory

QR ordering for a food court: one cart, many counters, one token.

The problem

Diners had to queue at each counter separately, and the food court office had no single view of orders across its shops.

How we Vesolved it

Diners scan a QR code, fill one cart from many counters and get a token. Each counter sees only its own part of the order, live, and marks it preparing, ready and collected. Unpaid orders cancel themselves after 10 minutes, and the office manages shops, logins and every order from one admin panel.

Solar and electrical EPC company · 2026 · in progress

Rajlaxmi

One app to follow every solar project from site survey to handover.

The problem

The company runs 5 to 20 solar and electrical projects at once on paper, WhatsApp, Excel and phone calls. It is hard to know the stage of each project, what is in the godown, which vendor to pay, and where each government file is stuck.

How we Vesolved it

We are building a web app that installs on phones, tablets and computers and works offline. It follows each project through survey, estimate, purchase, site work, government approvals and handover, with separate logins for the owner, project manager, site engineer, store and accounts, in English and Marathi.
